The Greensboro Historical Society was founded on July 16, 2003 as the Greensboro Chapter of the Caroline County Historical Society, Inc.
Our purpose is to preserve and promote the history and heritage of the Greater Greensboro community and to provide support for the same to the Caroline County Historical Society, Inc..
The museum is open on Thursday and Friday between 4:00 and 8:00 PM
Sunday between Noon and 4:00 PM.

Visit our museum to learn more about the history of the local area.
We meet on the first Monday of every month at 7:00 PM in the museum.
You are invited to come and meet friends and neighbors at any of our meetings.
The museum is located at 111 South Main Street Greensboro, Maryland
(Formerly the public meeting room of the previous town hall.)
